Some years back my mom gave me a little recipe booklet. These recipes had been gathered by the community during fund raising functions over many years. Guests would keep asking for the tasty recipes, so they decided to put them all together and print a booklet to share. Which is what I am sharing with you.
These recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. Collectively they represent every province and island of Greece and Cyprus.
